Where to put the new overlay name created in custom/overlay.sii

Hi

I have got a scs edit software and i have successfully created the overlay but now i am confused that how to put the overlay name in base/custom/overlay.sii.After opening the overlay.sii in custom folder i find "#Put your custom lines here...."Now where to put the city name[]:xxxx in custom/overlay.sii file.Do i have to put like this directly:

city name[]:xxxxx
city name[]:xxxxxxx

or is there any other format..please help me quickly... :hmm:

The example you used at your other thread was completely right. Just have a look over there. :)
